New Zealand Trucking Association is passionate about inspiring the next generation and those looking for a career change, to consider one of the many options in transport. We are fortunate to have regular support from industry businesses and volunteers, to run Trucking Career Hubs from the Road Safety Truck. The next development is coming soon: Careers Trucking - a complete Careers programme that will run from the truck and be taken nationwide to schools and events. Come and explore the exciting opportunities and career pathways the transport industry has to offer at the Careers Trucking Expo, part of the Teletrac Navman TMS Conference 2024 Technology | Maintenance | Safety Conference & Exhibition, March 13th 2024.
Students will get to engage with industry experts, learn about new technologies in the field and see first hand how a career in the transport industry could be the right pathway for them. 5 Day Taster Course
Explore career pathway opportunities offered in a unique, behind the scenes experience into the diverse world of transport.
The Careers Trucking 5 Day Taster Course is developed and run by The New Zealand Trucking Association. Students 16+ are eligible to apply for this FREE course. It will be held in the July school holidays 2024 (TBC). Please email us with your expression of interest, spaces are limited.
